Although we packaged securely, sometimes DVD discs can be dislodged in their covers resulting in minor damage to the playing data part of the disc. It is advisable to open all sealed DVDs and the discs inserted in a paper protective sleeve which frees it from all damage. The paper protective sleeve is inserted in the DVD cover and shipped together resulting in no damage. This is only done on request from customer.
